01
Switchgear
Service entrance sections, main-tie-main configurations, and distribution switchboards installed, terminated, and coordinated with the utility for public facilities.
We install and terminate low- and medium-voltage switchgear for new construction and live-facility replacements, including temporary power planning, phased cutovers, and after-hours energization so occupied schools and government buildings stay operational.
02
Power Panels
Distribution and branch panelboards, transformers, and feeders sized and installed to plan, spec, and inspection requirements.
Panelboard installations include feeder routing, transformer placement, breaker coordination, accurate directories, and full labeling for facility maintenance staff and inspector sign-off.
03
Branch Circuits
Conduit, wire, devices, and equipment connections throughout classrooms, offices, housing units, and support spaces.
From underground and slab rough-in through device trim and final connections, our branch circuit work covers receptacles, mechanical equipment, kitchen and lab equipment, and specialty loads under DSA and state inspection.
04
Grounding
Grounding electrode systems, equipment grounding, and bonding built for code compliance and long-term equipment protection.
We build grounding and bonding systems for switchgear, generators, communications rooms, and structural steel, with resistance testing and documentation for the project record.
05
Lighting
Interior, exterior, site, and security lighting installations engineered for institutional durability and energy compliance.
Our lighting scope covers classroom and office fixtures, gymnasium and high-bay layouts, corridor and secure-area fixtures, parking lot and pathway poles, and Title 24 compliant retrofits.
06
Lighting Control
Networked and standalone lighting control systems — occupancy sensing, daylight harvesting, panels, and programming.
We install, terminate, program, and commission lighting control systems, then walk facility staff through zone behavior, time-of-day schedules, and override operation before closeout.
